The type of fluid you use depends on the colour of the connector on the pouch, theres plenty of info on this on the site, as it's a 2011 i suspect that the connector will be green in which case you can get the fluid from euro car parts, it's called pat fluid, you can also get it off ebay along with a connector to top up the original pouch, very easy to do & pouch holds 2.4 ltrs just make sure

This is the procedure I followed:
Fuel filter changes have been reduced from 40,000 miles to 25,000 by Citroen.. When you can get 'Value' Servicing from most Citroen Dealers which includes a link to Citroens online systems to check for recalls, software updates etc. why would you go anywhere else?
Step 9. Remove the filter element from the filter housing. Step 10. Clean the air filter cover and housing. Replacement: air filter – CITROËN C4 Grand Picasso I (UA_). Tip from AUTODOC: Before cleaning the air filter cover and housing, cover the air duct parts, mass airflow sensor (if available), throttle valve with a clean cloth.
Fault codes P0087 and P0093 relate to fuel pressure/flow faults. Hopefully a new fuel filter will solve it, but there could easily be another fault, e.g. air leak, wiring fault or faulty pressure pump. Your mechanic is being very honest and warning you in advance that there is no single readily identifiable cause of the fault.
